Bloom Policies
Deposits
We require a 25% deposit for all appointments requiring more than 1 hour of service time. Specialty services such as Bellami Hair will require payment in full upfront for the extensions. This policy applies to all online bookings and reservations made in person or over the phone.
Cancellations
All appointments are reserved especially for you and your requested services. We understand that life happens, however, we respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a 25% charge of the scheduled service. If you no-show your appointment there will be a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-show appointments will be monitored and handled on a case-by-case basis. Repeated cancellations and/or no-shows will revoke your ability to book future reservations with Bloom Hair Bar.
Lateness
We have a 15-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call the salon to let a team member know. After 15 minutes your reservation may be altered to allow for the time remaining.
Refunds and Revisions
Bloom does not offer refunds for services rendered. In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you please contact us within 3 days for a complimentary revision. We value you as a Bloom customer and want the opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations. Revisions will be performed by the original stylist unless otherwise discussed.
Products
If you find yourself unsatisfied with the products you have purchased, you may exchange them within 5 days with products of equal or lesser value. We do not offer refunds for products purchased.
